I have been a recruiter since 1976. Started my own business, Professional Placement, Inc. in 1985, Incorporated same year in April of 1985 in the state of Texas. Moved to Dallas and decided to work as (dba) Kistenmacher Recruiters of Dallas.
Kistenmacher Recruiters of Dallas is involved in recruiting and searching for manufacturing candidates for both sides of the boarders US and Mexico.
These positions vary. For example, When a company is starting up an operation in Mexico, they need all department heads such a Operation/Plant Managers, Controllers, Material Managers, Facility Manager, Engineering Managers, Mis Managers, Human Resources, Logistics Managers, Customs, Material Control Managers and Traffic Manager and Quality Assurance.
They usually need the support employees for each department. Some of the support positions are Test Engineer, Design Engineer, Production Engineer, Cost Accountants, General Accountants, Inventory and Traffic support; as well as Programmers.Including Quality and Material Control. Human Resources need Recruiters, General Human Resource support, to name a few of the positions needed. Along with these positions they need the staff to support each of these departments. That is where were come in to provide the Managers plus the support people for each of these departments.
We supply US companies with US citizens and Mexican citizens for these positions.
We ONLY work with US owned companies.
Most of the positions are on the boarder of the US and into the Mexican City adjacent with the US city.
Inaddition, we have clients in the interior of Mexico, again placing US Citizens as well as Mexican Citizens.
There have been several companies working in Mexico since the early 1970's and they are expanding. Companies also have turn over. When this happens we fill those positions as well.
The calibers of candidates that we represent are well versed in their industry and field of endeavor.
Relocation is always paid for the entire family.
We are able to place candidates on a contract basis if the companies or candidates requires this type of service.
