DPS (www.dps-usa.com) is currently expanding its in house production facility in Beit Shemesh, Israel.
DPS, Based in Newark NJ, is one of the fastest growing animation studios in the world. With production hubs in LA (DPS Film Roman) Vancouver, Canada (DPS Mainframe) and Israel (DPS Israel). Our projects range from theatrical features to TV shows and direct to DVD productions.

Lead Character TD
For a feature film production, we need a Lead character TD with an EXTENSIVE professional history with Maya. This individual will need to lead a team of character riggers, and UI scripters.
Must be willing to relocate to Israel.
Qualifications:
* Possess ability to supervise and lead a rigging department
(mentor, evaluate, schedule tasks,)
* A strong understanding of human and animal motion and anatomy.
* Very strong knowledge of character rigging in Maya (at least 2 years experience)
* A strong Mel scripting knowledge.

Lead Rendering Technical Director
For a feature film production, we need a Lead Rendering Technical Director is responsible for the implementation of lighting, render Setup and compositing preparations.
Must be willing to relocate to Israel.
Qualifications:
* Must have strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
* Possess ability to supervise and lead a lighting/ rendering/compositing department
(mentor, evaluate, schedule)
* Very strong knowledge of a rendering technology for MAYA (mental ray, Renderman etc.) preferable.
* Very good understanding of Film texturing/lighting/rendering pipeline
* Good understanding of networking and Operating systems ( linux / windows )
* Strong Maya background
* Strong understanding of Compositing process in a Film pipeline

* Must have a solid understanding of animation principles, weight, timing and posing.
* Must have experience animating with Maya (2+ years) or other high end 3d software.
* Must be able to work in a collaborative environment and take direction well.
* Must have good time management skills.
