Rembor & Partners are management consultants and in behalf of our client we are looking for a Sales Manager California with the potential to become VP Sales USA.
Our client, MODULAN (www.modulan.de) is a German manufacturer of high-end IT furniture, especially 19” racks and cabinets. With some truly unique sales propositions, the company is setting out to achieve extraordinary international growth and is now entering the US market.
Modulan is about to establish it’s US HQ in Los Angeles, CA and offers truly unique opportunities for the right candidate. Starting to build a sales network and generating revenues, this is your chance to put your signature on the business and be one of the management team members of the first hour. You will have profound industry experience, are currently selling products to computer centres / data centres / server farms or your background is in sales of IT hardware, IT peripherals, contract furniture or in systems integration and you have established relationships with a client base that you can bring in as a dowry. It is essential that you can hit the ground running and generate sales right away. In return, you will have the opportunity to determine your own future. The more successful your will be developing business and a sales network, the faster you will promote yourself into a leadership position -if you have the punch and the talent.
You will have remarkable freedom over sales, marketing and communication and work for a young, entrepreneurial company with dynamic and lean structures. German efficiency and quality in every detail will make it joy to work for them, and you will be able to offer a fantastic product range that is easy to sell.
As early as 2009 you will hire staff and assume a leadership role, but you are expected to lead by example and remain hands-on, with a passion for selling and business development.
