The Associate will recruit applicants for professional positions for all Company locations. This includes sourcing and screening applicants, attending job fairs, conducting and coordinating interviews and assessments, conducting background checks, processing offers of employment, preparing new hire paperwork and working on other projects as assigned.
Successful experience recruiting sales professionals and other professional level positions, excellent communication and computer skills, familiar with EEOC guidelines and proficient working on the Internet. Some daily and overnight travel required.
