As a Manager, you will be in charge of the FUN aspect by creating and encouraging others to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere where our Customers feel special. You will grow your skills by partnering with the General Manager in the operation of the Centre, functioning as a team leader in directing and supervising staff and providing outstanding levels of Customer service and fun. You will also assist with the local marketing of the Laser Quest Center as an exciting entertainment option.
If you are a College/University graduate (or have equivalent work experience) and 2 - 4 years experience in the Retail, Service or Entertainment Industry in a supervisory role, we offer a competitive base salary, a guaranteed monthly bonus plus a Long Service bonus after two years and the opportunity for advancement for the right candidate.
