• University degree in Electrical Engineer
• Job experience required 5 years of experience at HV substations projects, turnkey projects
• Specific competencies: - Adaptation works tests deep knowledge, project planning tools, negotiation skills
• Behavioral and management competencies: ability to motivate, ability to manage multicultural teams.
• Specific points: budget, planning, engineering tools knowledge.
• Business understanding: Good knowledge of Company operations and communication with customer
