This generalist role will lead two facilities—one union and one non-union and is focused around creating a positive employee relations environment while undergoing lean mfg. initiatives. Good experience in coaching, leadership developments as well as fundamentals of a complete workforce planning model will be key to using this role to launch your career to bigger and more complex facilities.

Necessary years experience:5+ years experience in mfg environment, preferably 1+yr in labor

Highest completed education preferred: BS degree required; prefer Masters

Other necessary qualifications: Lean or Six Sigma experience, strong communications skills, ability to relocate for promotions
